Where permitted by law, any legitimate and proportionate hospitality must be transparent, reasonable, and properly documented.

5. Third-Party Due Diligence

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate relationships where:

  • Ownership structures lack transparency

  • Unusual payment arrangements are requested

  • There is a risk of legal or reputational exposure

The Company may be held responsible for the actions of third parties acting on its behalf. Accordingly, all third-party relationships must align with this Policy.

6. Gifts and Hospitality

Reasonable business hospitality may be acceptable where it:

  • Is lawful and customary

  • Is modest and proportionate

  • Is not intended to influence decision-making

  • Is properly recorded

Cash gifts or cash equivalents are strictly prohibited.

7. Financial Transparency and Record Keeping

All Company payments must be:

  • Properly authorized
