The anchorage areas of Tuzla Port Authority have been expanded.

a) Article 4, Section B, Paragraphs (a) and (b) under the heading of Tuzla Port Authority have been amended as follows:

“a) Anchorage Area No. 1;
The anchorage area designated for vessels not carrying dangerous cargo, formed by the sea area enclosed within the following coordinates:

40° 50’ 45" N – 029° 15’ 05" E

40° 49’ 55" N – 029° 15’ 05" E

40° 49’ 18" N – 029° 14’ 36" E

40° 48’ 15" N – 029° 14’ 36" E

40° 48’ 15" N – 029° 13’ 10" E

40° 50’ 45" N – 029° 13’ 10" E

b) Anchorage Area No. 2;
The anchorage area designated for vessels carrying dangerous cargo, nuclear-powered naval vessels, vessels to be placed under quarantine, and vessels to conduct gas-free operations, formed by the sea area enclosed within the following coordinates:

40° 50’ 45" N – 029° 13’ 10" E

40° 50’ 45" N – 029° 13’ 00" E

40° 50’ 00" N – 029° 11’ 42" E

40° 48’ 15" N – 029° 11’ 42" E

40° 48’ 15" N – 029° 13’ 10" E”
